USF expands health clinic for uninsured

TAMPA, Fla. (WTSP) – A $1.2 million donation from Florida Hospital Tampa is allowing the University of South Florida to expand its BRIDGE Clinic’s hours and locations provide more services for uninsured patients in Tampa.

Currently, the student-run clinic operates weekly on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 until 9:30 on USF’s campus, and the expansion will allow the clinic to also operate on Thursdays at Florida Hospital Tampa.
