Seminole State soliciting proposals for Altamonte Springs Campus

In accordance with Florida Statutes, (FS 287.05712) Seminole State College is soliciting proposals (RFPs) related to expansion at the Altamonte Springs Campus.

Earlier this month, the College received an unsolicited proposal to build a 200,000-square-foot building with ground-floor retail and commercial space at the Altamonte Springs Campus. According to the proposal, the building would be financed through equity and debt secured by the developer. The College will occupy less than 50 percent of the available space, with the remainder of the space housing additional educational or complementary partners.
